He's definitely a highlight of the movie. The "Whachu mean 'hey baby'?" is hilarious!

I don't think so. Michael Bower has said that it's pretty bad and that no one would even want to see it. I recall him saying that the one copy was destroyed somehow, but that was a while ago.
