They didn't catch BTK until 2005, and this show is in the 70's. AND... the show is probably done. I don't know what they were expecting to do when they showed those teasing shots. Good lord... either trolls are saying she's gorgeous, or there must be some cult trying to prop her up. The only actor more hideous than Elizabeth Moss is the actor who played Sloth in Goonies - and he had a prosthetic face on. Agreed. I wanted to like this movie. But it was eye rolls throughout. I followed it up with a movie 20 years older... Hollow Man. At least in that movie they had the technology to see... heat. Goodness. You can get an attachment to make your iPhone's camera see heat. It doesn't add up for me. For a few reasons. Spoilersish. #1 - Jamie was a minor when he took her... to the place. He's allowed to make a poor decision or two. #2 - There's no way in seven hells that the employees wouldn't also warn the girl.. ahem... WOMAN that they are about to walk through such a damning door. The employee was quite passionate when she spoke to Jamie. She would have also warned Beth. Sloppy writing. Beth was old enough to get herself in this situation, old enough to decide to take care of it the way she wanted to, but yet not old enough to understand what they were doing? You can't put all that on Jamie. Exactly. Sigh. This has become so normal in film that eventually they'll have to find new boxes to check. I agree. I'm a huge fan of MOS, but this part didn't add up. STM's scene was so powerful because, as he said, he had all these powers and he couldn't even save him. I also agree with what was posted above - he could have looked very human and still saved his father. Oh well. It's still my favorite Superman movie by a long way. Bruce Wayne won't be intimidating. But Batman will. I read that he was cutting up for it, not bulking up. He said he was running a 5k or 10k every day. Have you read the Hush comics? There are TONS of villains in it, but they come and go quickly. It's fantastic. Word on the street is that this has elements of Hush in it... Of course it'll be better. The original wasn't good. But the director had to leave halfway through, and another dude with a completely different vision stepped in. They're not in a hurry. They have money. There's solid source material. This will be better, at the very least. It might even be good. Yeah, I agree. I'm glad his medals were taken away and glad he can't race anymore and all that. But through his cheating the world actually became a better place as far as cancer treatment is concerned. Millions of dollars can do that. He had a pretty interesting lock installed on his door that he could trigger from a button on his desk. Bond villainesque. I imagine the stories they paid to keep quiet are pretty frightening. Maybe, but it doesn't really matter because it won't fit in the story timeline. It needs around three weeks to change. Just two episodes left, and they're building for the climax final battle scene. I'm expecting a battle with the puppet cop shooter in the next scene, with the battle with IT Part 3 in the final episode. IDK, it mentioned it was hungry and needed to feed. You could surmise that it was weak. Also, if it did lash out and go uber monster in public it would have been captured on video and the whole world of law enforcement would converge on it. Easy man, the people who like Marvel movies are in the hundreds of millions. Not even close to all of them are unreasonable trolls. Same with Nolan fans, DC fans, PSX fans, et all. But there's that 1% who hates the other side. And I guarantee the lion's share of haters did the same to this and all other DC movies. I'm not saying it's right. But to say it doesn't exist is folly. I'll give you one guess as to who voted this a 1. They're the same group that voted TDK a 1. It's the other side man. The Marvel kids. Spider-Man has been one of my favorite characters for nearly 30 years. Someday I hope to see another Spider-Man movie without Iron Man in it. Just let Spider-Man be awesome. Let him be his own character. They made it out. They threw out a few nuggets to make you think there was a chance they didn't, and to make it ambiguous. But using the movie logic, they clearly made it out. The reason? The little brother was driving. When the loop began, big brother was driving. They made it out. Also - these mass murderers are tossed into a minimum security asylum. For some reason, flashes of light PHYSICALLY become a barrier for the Horde. It's one thing to have the light change his personalities. Whatever. But to physically stop his progress? Dumb. So back to the asylum - they take these mass murderers, and also toss in this guy who gets in fist fights with people who may be criminals. Was Dunn supposed to be on the same level of guilt as these mass murderers? How was he supposed to be insane? "He's fighting people on the street. Lock him up. Wait a second - how do you think he feels about it? Do you think he thinks he's a super hero? Fair enough, throw him in with the mass murderers at the asylum instead." His death in the puddle was made worse by his strength in the water tank just five minutes previous. He was completely submerged in water, yet he had the strength to punch his way out of the tank. Next scene: his face is plunged into water, yet his limbs are mysteriously too weak to fight back. Ridiculous. WHOOOOOOSH!
