Well that's life. People are going to do things differently than you. If you would accept and act all nice to some one who slaps you around when the littlest thing doesn't go your way that's your cup of tea. Rose obviously didn't want that hence why she walked away from that the first chance she was giving.
The only FACT of the Matter is he gave it to her. Once you give something to somebody it's Theirs PLAIN and Simple. There was no contractual signing or anything like that. The item was giving to her and remained in her possession for decades there for yes it was hers.

Well it kind of was because he gave it to her. After all those years who else would it belong to? This is a jewel heist after all so who's to say one of if not all of the men came packing with guns just in case they needed to protect themselves in the event that it was found and somebody tried to be greedy about it? Of course we didn't see that though because it's not that kind of movie but we as fans can have that imagination on the scenario.
Rose hands over this jewel that's worth millions if not billions and you think they're all going to just smile and pass it around then take it to some museum? ha.

Well he's right the cast was fine. Especially Hugh Jackman. He had the perfect look for that role. As for Storm I think Angela Bassett would have been great for it but I was fine with Halle too.
Makes me wish even more that she'd gotten the role of Storm in the first Xmen movie.

Murphed well they have a point. If the writer actually believes that Cal loved Rose in the traditional sense than that writer really is an idiot. At the end of the day it comes down to the person who write somethings opinion on what a subject is. So if the writer actually believes that Cals way of treating a woman is truly caring about them in that time frame they're going to write it that way for the movie which is what they did. Does this make it a fact just because it's in the movie? Hell no it doesn't so yes we can in fact challenge the writers of a movie.

My middle school was some what like it but not as bad. I remember some kids was smoking. Getting into fights almost every day and being disrespectful all the time in general. Walking the halls all day long. etc. That's pretty much normal in a lot of East coast public schools though during the 90- early 2000s.
