I know right, woe is me. It's not really a main concern on mine, just something I could relate to.
I am just a stickler for pronunciation, as I'm sure a lot of trekkies can be at times. It's a nerdy bunch
Also it takes time to build a user base. A good portion of the imdb traffic was not constructive anyway, so there was a lot of crap and you had to sift through it. When you get responses here it's more likely to be substantial or at least fun.
What??? A lot of people who aren't into it definitely do around where I am, and my mom certainly did.
I like to get a little saucy and add stuff to an online cart with no limits, then it gets big enough I know I can't do it. Ebay is risky because you can so easily Buy it Now, and a bid is a bid.

I can relate to this. I don't put a lot of thought into my appearance, it doesn't matter at all to me, but I guess people find me attractive. It leads to people not taking me seriously, and especially leads to mega advances from women, which is not my bag, making it hard to pursue the people I am interested in.
I've been to basically every other area of this country except NY, New England. It seems very overwhelming to me and I feel like I get enough from movies. However, it's always in the back of my mind like I really want to see what I've been missing all my life.

Thanks for responding. Admitting a problem is the only way to address it. That's the whole point of this thread for me. I too can be aggressive in my driving and I also consider myself an excellent driver. One thing that has really helped stabilize my mood and curb my aggression is leaving caffeine behind. I can't say enough about how much that helped, so if you've noticed me harping on it, yes I am annoying in relation to that subject. Another thing I thought of is that I am overly self-critical.
Hail! Agreed, for me this place entirely replaces the imdb boards, which in my opinion had become toxic and unusable by the end. Unless you were getting off on other people's misery, it was just no fun anymore. The archived stuff is a major bonus and keeps a bit of the history alive. The best part about MC is most of the users are fun, funny, smart and into actually chatting about movies. The nonsense is good too!
