How can I seeth when I'm obviously dealing an ILLITERATE INSECURE LOSER who can't read and write and think he can argue with me and predictably get pulverized instead? This thread is about the Jan. 6th rioters, not the election. So next time try a little reading comprehension first before embarrassing yourself over and over. YOU are the one who came to MY POST and can't handle what I said about the Jan. 6th rioters and HAVEN'T STOPPED protesting by way of illiterate childish replies, LOL. If that's what you call "winning," I don't even want to know what losing is for you. So keep on posting "didn't read," "nice cope," etc., all you want. It's your coping mechanism (a subject you know well of course) for all the phuckups in the life of a LOSER like you.
This is a free country, and I can criticize the president and his policies any time I want, whether people with fragile egos like you like it or not. And if you don't like it, DON'T READ. And if you read, post something intelligent instead of going on and on idiotically like you are doing, which embarrasses yourself, your mother, family, pets, goldfish, etc.
YOU are feeding me your cope instead, LOL. Did I ask you to come here?? YOU replied to my post first. YOU are the one coping with what I said because you can't handle the truth I'm giving you. And you've posted no arguments whatsoever, nothing but your dumb, childish emotional reactions. At least I posted something substantive. What I said about life is true no matter who is president. Ask anyone. Find someone smarter than you (shouldn't be too hard to find) to explain it to you. It's an important point, but the dumbphuck that you are can't understand it. Go back and get some life lessons and maybe you'll understand. People like you are a dangerous combo: STUPID, uneducated, angry, blame others, and worship "messiahs." That's why you people are always so thin-skinned and have a stick up your a$$ -- and that stick has its own stick up its own a$$, LOOOOL.
Of course you didn't read -- it is TOO SAD to face the truth I'm posting. Look how I DESTROYED you so now you're a gibbering idiot now, and have a sad life to boot. A president can't fix your sad life, buddy. If you don't accept that, LIFE will MAKE you accept it whether you like it or not. And you're SO offended because your skin is as thin as Trump's tangerine-tinted skin, LOL.
Again, to truly "win" you need a GOOD LIFE; and if you call that "gaslighting" then go ahead and think that -- having this contempt for other people's success will guarantee that you'll NEVER have a good life. And most of you will never have it because your PERSONAL PHUCKUPS will put you in the same miserable lives you've always had NO MATTER who becomes president. YOU are the one who is coping if you haven't even "won" anything and claim you have, just like eight years ago, just like every time the GOP wins an election. You can make up conspiracy theories and ignore truths, but you can't make up money, honey (and intelligence); either you have it or don't, LOL. It doesn't matter if the GOP wins the next ten elections. If you lead the same miserable life for years under both parties' leadership, then YOU KNOW you're a loser. This is why some people adopt extremist views or do other crazy $h1t, because they can't unphuck their lives so they try to phuck up others'! But all they do is show how crazy they are, just like the J6 rioters. SO TELL ME, WHAT IS IT THAT YOU ARE WINNING?? For our country to win, this country needs GAME CHANGERS in all facets of our society -- industries, science, culture, thinking, etc. -- not the band-aid solutions I'm seeing. And with crazy, uneducated, emotional, poor folk like you lot running about and delusionally thinking you've "won," I have little hope of ever seeing that happening.
You sound like you're about to CRY because I told all kinds of truths in my post and they hurt. If the Dems did cheat in 2020 and you couldn't prove it, that means you were STUPID (you mean you let some lowly Dems outsmart you all?? How embarrassing). And if they didn't cheat and you act like sore losers, then you are not only stupid and embarrassing, but also pathetic. What kind of people who can't admit they lost and go ransack public buildings? Exactly. So either way you're stupid, LOL. If you people are so smart and capable, then next time try actually proving a stolen election instead of storming the capital like a bunch of nutless monkeys. Trump didn't "win;" winning an election isn't "winning." Winning means finding solutions that fix problems once and for all, instead of using band-aid solutions (a tariff here, a sanction there, etc.) like he always does. For you people, winning means actually living a good life. And if you lived well, the last thing on your mind would be storming the capital. Only PATHETIC LOSERS who can't UNPHUCK THEIR F'D UP LIVES would do that.
He tries to DENY history, calling the Jan. 6th riot a "demonstration," the rioters "hostages," etc. He is among a long line of deniers (Holocaust deniers, Civil War deniers, climate deniers, etc.) who don't realize that denying doesn't make the truths go away. To write history, you need MEANINGFUL DEEDS. And you can't do meaningful deeds if you are in the habit of ignoring truths you don't like, especially in matters of science. You can't WIN if you keep ignoring truths. It's amazing that someone who prides himself of winning does what most LOSERS do --be STUPID and believe in falsehoods. He is rich and powerful, so he can afford to be moronic for a few years. Pity his poor and uneducated followers who think his behavior is something to be emulated. And of course, religious fanatics and extremist groups are most aligned with him, because only the most insecure and intellectually inferior people are attracted by such foolishness. These are not the run-of-the-mill stupid and gullible people. These are people OSTRACIZED in their own neighborhood, by their own families. Would you like someone who stormed the Capitol Hill like a mad man and sprouts crazy theories live next to you, work next to you, go to school with you, be within 10 feet from you? Exactly. These are the entities Trump caters to the most. And you expect him to "write history" with these people? These people have nothing going for them in their lives and have to believe in wild things to be "special." What could these people possibly achieve in life and for the world except being a burden to us and our tax dollar? I'm glad they are released from prison because that's 1600 people that my tax dollar doesn't have to feed for N years (or whatever their sentences were).
Politicians do what they do and say what they say, but the "truth" is determined by the winners in history, and it's the winners who determine who the "patriots" and "insurrectionists" are. French resistance and American independence fighters were called patriots because they won their respective wars; otherwise they would be called "insurrectionists" by their rulers. The Algerians won its independence from France, otherwise they would be called "terrorists" against their French rulers. In our current situation, these Jan. 6th rioters are no "winners" and likely never will be, because they didn't, and are NOT going to, topple the US government (who were they kidding?). The only "victory" they had was breaking a few windows, hurting a few people, and returning to the same miserable lives they had before; any petty criminal could've done that. The only plausible way for the US to really fall as a country is via economic means, I believe. As one US president used to say, American business is business. You take way its business, and the US becomes a shell of its former itself.
The Arrow Blu-ray has a 22-minute blow-by-blow explanation of the plot and themes. It says the boar signifies (1) the beastial nature of the villains, and (2) forbidden flesh for the Jews, who traditionally don't eat pork. And it points out resemblance to other sources, from Silent Hill (woman finding dream visions in a sleepy town) to The Shining (man haunted by visions in a off-season hotel).
The baby may look like this based on the book's description: https://i.imgur.com/uSrvS81.jpg . Unnerving to see, but not too horrifying that Rosemary wouldn't show motherly love for.
A couple of exceptions I can think of that avoid the "magical confession" cliché are David Fincher's Zodiac and Clint Eastwood's Changeling. These two are fact-based dramas, so they have stick to what really occurred in the real-life events on which they were based: no confessions.
The early 90s TV series Homicide has an early episode that shows an interrogation in its entirety, with two detectives trying to break down a suspect to obtain a confession; but the suspect never confesses. When I first saw it I thought it was refreshing, because we so often saw otherwise.
