My theory about her scared organs and burned lungs.
I think people tried to stab and burn her before but later she healed again like she did after the autopsy. But somehow her organs and lungs couldnt heal completely.
The same with the ritualistic symbols on the inside of her skin.
Witch hunters could have cut her open and create these "Ban Symbols" or something ..

Even her spit was flying when she bursted into laughter .. great actors :D
