It was almost un-watchable last season with that no chemistry, talentless actresses playing the wife, at least I know a few laughs are coming with Leah now onboard.

You all are young! I was born in 1980, and remember when the "shorts" of the Simpsons first aired; I was in 6th grade thinking, "what's this new cartoon with this rude son and his dad choking him" I think Maggie was sticking a fork in the electrical socket too(could be wrong). Anyway, I'm now 37 and still watch from time to time(actually just finished season 28).
The Simpsons are the last remaining cartoon from my childhood, so I'll always feel a certain way about it. I think it'll go 30 seasons then they'll retire it; it'll be a sad day for sure.
I wish it were 1989; the world was a better place, with less technology, and no milliennials!
It's gotten good in the final two episodes, only because Leah Remini made guest appearances. This show should really take off, now that I've heard she'll be back for season 2.

Glad you liked it, as I'm sure I will, in a few days when I make it to the movies. Most people that hate these movies are idiots that just try to "fit in", and look "cool", because that's what the masses are doing.
They hate, before even watching it, and then say "they won't watch", yet they still PAY, to see it, nitpick everything, and back to message boards biitchin' and complaining.
If you don't like it, fine, but if you're going to biitch about it, at least have a sensible conversation, giving reasonable viewpoints.
They're FAR from masterpieces, but I've enjoyed them all, some more than others, and I'll continue watch.
