I saw it…it’s been 18 years….cant really remember enough to talk about it
He may have “known” it was right…but it wasn’t
That is completely incorrect blue
I care who the Pope is
Too bad for you
You all are children
He doesn’t even know what she really does….he just wants to have a normal life and make sure he and the rest of his family are safe…he was right to cut her out after her shenanigans endangered them
The opening scene was years prior…he heard her request as a younger girl for something to come to her….he answered it and decided they were tied together from then on.
Youve never heard Jimi Hendrix’s All Along the Watchtower?
All time legends careers don’t “die off”….especially over some minor personal sh!t
Fantasy doesn't need to be believable in the concrete sense….because by definition…it’s fantastical…conclave on the other hand is grounded in real stuff….and I was just pointing out that that one aspect of this plot would never happen in any similar real life scenario
I hope you aren’t saying she deserved her cancer….because that would be nuts.

I thought it funny to point out how unrealistic that was…..doesn’t mean it can’t still be a good movie with great acting.
Eh….Pascal is a white dude.
You do know this film was created by a woman…one that’s right around 39 years old
I don’t see what you all aren’t getting….he decided he’d finally gotten where he wanted to be and he realized that having people he cared about around him was a weakness….and he couldn’t afford to have that weakness because it would make him make bad decisions and could be used against him by his enemies (like they did with his Mom). its pretty simple and a rational decision based on who he is and what he does.
Of course it’s also a vile and reprehensible decision….which makes sense because he is a criminal villain.
It was funny
Which is a pretty good reason for him to cast her
