I kind of want to go to the movies.. Cant decide between this or Wicked

Guess I should stop watching his films.
Nope. Eggers has a style and sticks to it. Luckily I can appreciate the performances and mises en scène, but each of his films leaves me frustrated and unfulfilled as a horror [or even just a film] fan. My favorite of his is The Lighthouse, but I can't even tell the people who found it boring that they're wrong.
The only things in theaters I have seen and can recommend are The Substance and Smile 2. Heretic wasn't bad.
the witch is one of the worst movie i have ever seen and the northman is a pathetic fantasy nonsense for alt-right psychos who think vikings were those awesome super wariors or something.

shareI hate his other pretentious and boring films too but enjoyed this though the ending was pretty weak.
But the first two-thirds were creepy as hell and well directed.
Good cast and excellent cinematography too.
