Yes and no. Jim replied back with the new pw to log in but now there's a security question which only he knows the answer to so am waiting for him to reply again with the answer to it, lol.
Doesn't really matter as there is nothing we Mods can do about it other than advise you to not post so often or to contact Jim if it continues, but seeing as we are still waiting for him to get back to us again so we can get back into the reports site, I wouldn't hold your breath for it to be sorted soon.
