the 2007 cut basically threw the entire can of film into the movie, made it an extra 40 minutes or so and changed the story progression significantly the 2014 cut was much shorter in an attempt to make it more succinct, but my feeling is that of the 4 cuts available, the 2007 is the best by far Theatrical Version 2004 : ca. 175 min. (168 min. PAL) Director's Cut 2005: ca. 167 min.
