This movie had some intense moments for sure. Can I ask what your age is?
Its still fresh though and everyone agrees it looks fantastic. Alita as a character is awesome and the action is fast and hard hitting. I think the negatives are put off by the open ending. But yeah I dont mind personally. I mean lord of the rings, also based on literature, also had an open ending. Nobody cared back than. Of course the problem is they have to make money to make the sequals and finish the story. I think the box office will be saved by young women and Asian markets.
I expect so too, just like with Aquaman.. Now if it would have the same box office as that one..

Hmm I dont know about word of mouth, but the audience seems much more enthousiastic. 7.7 on imdb and a lot of early screening enthousiasts on youtube.
Yes, I feel the same, I want to see the movie and will probably watch it a few times on the big screen, the online footage alone makes me want to watch it over and over. Just love the design and aesthetics of it all. Big fan of the giant eyes. True Manga style come to life.
