This is the most idiotic comment I've read. The other people have an irrational hatred and sensitivity, but you're just plain dumb.
Oh I definitely see the issue. People like you are the issue. There are plenty of movies about Jesus and Christian beliefs. Being gay has nothing to do with beliefs. And if you're saying "Well I don't believe in gay marriage!" Well idgaf. Why does it bother you that much?
"How about shoving heterosexual relationships in your face" Oh the irony.... heterosexual relationships are the norm and seen everywhere. Yet when you see them exist in nearly everything you would never say "This is being shoved in our faces! There's clearly an agenda here!"
"Lecturing" The mere presence of a same-sex couple or same-sex parents is somehow akin to "lecturing" to you? That's like saying a very modest girl being present in a movie is "lecturing not to be a slut"
You really need to check yourself and be more accepting of others. Stop being afraid that this stuff is going to turn you or your kid gay, its ridiculous.
I'm not sure why queer representation triggers you. There's nothing wrong with gay people or gay parents. Heteronormative is definitely the world we live in. I think its fantastic for these things to be normalized and to be given representation. The opposite is "only straight is normal" which is incredibly sad that anyone would be so obtuse and think that way. A lot of these studios may be trying to make up for lost time by making more characters like that, which may lead them to being overrepresented or even overdone. A show like Friends was very much ahead of its time. If one leads kids to say "you're a freak with two moms" and the other leads to kids not feeling a need to comment on it at all....I know which side I'm on.

Has nothing to do with "left wing propaganda" Its just a kid with two moms. On a show like Friends in 1994 there was a child raised by 2 moms. In 2005 a movie like Kicking & Screaming had one of the soccer players have 2 moms. How is this somehow triggering and repulsive to people in 2021 that they can't even handle seeing it... yikes.

You know who built up these communities from the ground up? It wasn't the people who are there now. It was white Europeans. And now when those neighborhoods decay they blame the government for not helping while they send their money to family in other countries. I tend to like musicals more if I see it in the theater. Like Greatest Showman I loved but I never cared for La La Land. La La Land got rave reviews for a musical so maybe its just something like that... but this is getting like so much better reviews than La La Land even.
Did you watch it at home or in the theater? Also were you under the influence?

Well they're two very different shows. I don't see the sense in comparing them. It's whichever you like more. I would say I like Sopranos more.
Because she's the daughter of a mob boss. Daddy's little girl. She can say a lot of stuff and get away with it. At the end of the day they have much bigger things to deal with than her daughter being a smartass. She's a pretty good kid all things considered.
Looks like he lives in the projects. It's like $300/month for rent back when it was set. You can make that pretty easily.
