I never read the books, nor will I ever, so I'm not an expert, but I have an hunch that the bones are Claire's
Fell asleep. So far the only Marvel TV show I sorta liked was Daredevil S1.
Absolutely agree on the political angle. I'm from Italy and I'm already fed up enough with the abysmal political climate of my Country to care about USA's. I stopped watching after the premiere since I couldn't care less about americans' (crazy) reactions to the election of Trump. Now more than ever I want my entertainment politics free.
Didn't notice. Yeah, I can see that. Unfortunately it's a lukewarm cliché, so it doesen't make it better. Then again I was hoping to see a manly battle, not a dreamy sequence that really didn't add anything to the relationship between BJ and Jamie. Yeah, I know, closure. Nothing that a good stab in the chest without fancy editing wouldn't achieve.
For a premiere it was underwhelming. Good thing that the production values are still great and the acting is top notch, because the writing is silly. I actually laughed out loud when the last men standing were Jamie and Black Jack. I also couldn't care less about Claire's adjustment to the new life and her pregnancy, but hey, I'm a guy, so...
So far season 1 is one of the best tv products I've ever enjoyed, season 2 was boring and season 3 is off to a shaky start.

Nope, in general we don't. It's very rarely used and probably only regionally. It's more widespread in Belgium than Italy.
