Theory: Had the timeline they were trying to prevent happened, The Rainmaker would have had a metal jaw because the gunshot graze would have gotten badly infected with no one to look after him. Probably got gangrene or something. If you remember, the movie kind of focused on Cid's mom cleaning and dressing his wound, after that bad future is prevented from happening. I think Billy's plot might take him to an affair with Mike's mother in season 3, so maybe he'll get in a fight with Mike's dad? Photoshopped or not, there is some weird, shadowy lighting, which can make anyone look like a skeleton. I agree. There are a lot of messed up health problems you can get at any age. Even a bad flu or stress can make anyone shed a fair amount of weight, expecially if they were small to begin with. I don't think the slicked back hair looked very 80's. Maybe she should have a more 80's look, even though I like the shaggy hair too. When I decided to try to make my bedroom of now look 80's, I looked at a bunch of people's pictures of their bedrooms from the 80's. If they were a teen boy, pin-ups were pretty much always present, and since Billy seems kind of hypersexual, I was actually surprised to only see one pin-up (that I noticed anyway). As for her history, people didn't have the internet back then (in their homes) and probably wouldn't have heard about it. I agree. I think they took it too far for the character. He kept her prisoner, almost entirely isolated, for a year, and then he goes all psychotic on her, and we're still supposed to like him? Mistakes are one thing, but that is very abusive behavior, that you wouldn't see in a person who has someone's best interests at heart. They need to tone it down for characters who are supposed to be redeemable. Yes. The actor denies it, but he also says Billy isn't racist, and I've heard the creators at least insinuate that he is racist. The actor (his name has slipped my mind) said that he thinks Billy being gay is wishful thinking by fans, but I'm hardly even attracted to men. The idea of him and Steve getting it on is more weird than anything, to me. I honestly was starting to think it was an homage to A Nightmare on Elm Street 2, with Jesse and Grady. If they didn't want him coming across as super gay for Steve (and angry about it), they were doing it wrong. Although I doubt he'd be straight up gay. He'd probably be bisexual or something, or even just into Steve specifically. Maybe it wasn't intentional, but it sure seemed gay to me. Right now, probably Owen Gray and Ingrid Mouth. Wow, that Queensnake looks like a massive masochist. I hope she gets good pay or at least enjoys it a lot. It depends if they've done something really bad, especially if they continue to do so. If they are already dead, it doesn’t bother me as much, because I know they aren't getting the money to continue hurting people. There are lots of people I boycott for being wife-beaters and all kinds of nasty stuff. I used to have a list on IMDb, but I just realised that they deleted it. It was a pretty massive list, so I'm pretty mad about it. I wish I would have thought to save it. I'm going to make another without saying why they are on the list, because nothing in their rules says I can't put a bunch of awful people on one list together. It looks to me that he simply pays everyone to get him off the hook. I saw Rosemary's Baby before I knew about the stuff he did (and it was a good film, though the ending was a little silly). Now, if I even see a thumbnail of him, I feel physically ill. I partly refuse to watch his films, because I refuse to give him money. The other part is that he stars in many of his films and he makes me sick. I could never stand the guy, even way before he started acting loony publicly. I do enjoy some of the movies he stars in. He picks some interesting ones, but I always wish someone else was cast in his place. I would love to live with housekeeping ghosts! As long as they didn't mess with my things, and just kept the place clean. That would be amazing. Imagine- a ghost keeping the litter box clean, scrubbing the shower, doing the dishes! I don't know how I could repay them though, aside from just letting them live with me. I figured it was a religious thing. She comitted murder and suicide, which by some rules, means they don't get to go to heaven. The father was probably killed by enemy soldiers. I'm not sure exactly how time works for them, or is perceived by them, so it's hard to say when the father died in relation to when they died, and when he came to say goodbye. I kind of thought that once she figured out what happened, that they could move on to wherever, but then I guess she just decided to give in to haunting the house for good. Maybe because they were in Purgatory, but I'm not sure. I don't know if anyone who worked on the film has explained it or not. Maybe it's left up to interpretation. Edit: My bestie mentioned that it seemed the father had been wandering for a long time, trying to find them. I theorised that he probably couldn't find them until the mother started to (but not fully) accept what had actually happened. Then, once he found them and said goodbye, he could move on.
