I wouldn't want a human child that never grew old because there would be the worry of who would care for him eventually. Just like a parrot that lives to 70+. It's a concern depending, especially, on your own age. But a robot child sure.

Call me odd but her clothes were one of my favorite parts of the show. Yes, there was cleavage but what show with women doesn't have it? Not many. (And our boobs aren't even just for sexiness. They are a part of us and have a purpose; why should we be ashamed to have them on semi display? Do you also cover your arms and legs?) At least her cleavage was balanced out with romantic styling. Which fit well with her antique store, the town they lived in, and their beautiful home. I really don't get the JLH hate.
Well if we are wondering about the unrealistic aspect of her hair...how on Earth did they make her into a cartoon???
She did try and ended up with a Moo necklace. I was on your end myself. And I was definitely on Marnie's side. She put up with that for years. Then when she tried to talk to people about it nobody acknowledged it. She then did what she had to (albeit at the wrong time). But giving her the necklace at the wrong time was not a great idea either. Joanna is worse in my opinion. She got what she put in. And it wasn't pretty.
Well, they have to fit it in to a 2 hour time frame or less. So there is that.
