He was the only thing good in Girlbusters. Where he stole the show. No, he lacks range for sure. I'd love seing him in a 48 Hourse type of deal though. If you ask me, romcoms is to love what porn is to sex. And while I kinda hate the genre, those with Hugh Grant tends to be good. To be honest, I don't think I've seen Hemsworth outside the MCU except for Girlbusters. But I really enjoy his Funny Thor. Most of the time. The goodbye from the Asguardians of The Galaxy was really cringy, and in all honesty - I'm getting sick of Chris Pratt. Loved him in Parks and Rec, and MCU up till GoTG 2. And don't get me started on the Jurassic Park films. But I digress. I haven't read a Thor comic since the early 80's, but I remember him being a funny guy, much like the opening scene of Ragnarok. For him, that's just a day at the office. And I know I mess around a bit when I know I'll ace my task and make it look easy to boot. PTSD will do that to you. To my knowledge, as a Norse person, there's not a single person in our mythos that's called Valkyrie. The Valkyrie are the ones that carry dead warriors to Asgård. By not being from Earth. You understand that the comics and MCU are separate universes, right? Please, show me a mainstream film where 50% of the cast is black. And don't pick a film catering to a black audience. Yes. That what male friends do, bust each others chops. Men socialise by saying mean things but having the subtext be the opposite. Women socialise by saying nice things. But having the subtext be the opposite. It's a comedy. He has great comedic timing. He was the only good thing about Girlbusters. That's because you haven't read a single Thor comic. Is there a particular reason you mentioned your Apple TV? The plot is almost the same as FG. And a myriad of other films. Thank you. I describe Black Widow as a capital offender when it comes to comic book movie. They have to be fun and spectacular. BW is bland and boring. Even ScarJo seemed to be phoning it in. Now imagine if we put almost all of her time pre-Shield as short as possible. Maybe in a montage of sorts that hints at her PTSD. The first action piece would be Budapest. In my head canon, Budapest is when and where Hawkeye recruited her. The second act would be her adjusting to Shield and being, well at least more free. Not in "fish out of the water" kind of way, more like the bad-ass way she's introduced for the first time. The B plot with her sister stays pretty much the same. Third act would of course be the revenge part. And Paranoid isn't from an opera but it's still a fucking great song. ¨ You don't watch something like Deadpool for it's high drama. No it didn't. But his healing factor is, well healing him. Ghost World is really, really good. Have you tried... Watching the film? I was a fan of Wade since before the films, he's always been a dude. A dude with a boner for almost anything and anyone, sure. But a dude. I think the technical term is "foil".
