I thought for a second he might be a rare thing in this show: a competent American "goodie". Was impressed that he had her spotted and seemed to be good at his job. But unfortunately he turned out to be a sleaze. I don't think anyone on the American side has been worth a damn since the show started. Agreed. Thor lost a fucking eye and he barely reacted. Film was ridiculous. Personally I would definitely have told the armed and unstable cops that the already dead guy had a toy gun at the earliest opportunity. He's out of ideas and what there is is really toned down. No real depth to any of it. No because Jerry quite clearly went away with Carol (and the other guy)a few moments before the King came under fire. They even said their goodbyes to the King. Also they all just stood there firing at that vehicle that was giving her cover. Instead of like one or two of them splitting off to flank her. Cos it's much smarter to just keep standing there wasting ammo. It was terribly exciting too watching them just fire endlessly at an inanimate object. Fucking dumb. That's what I was trying to get at....she killed them perfectly and efficiently yet she was up in a cramped roof space. Didn't waste a single bullet. Fucking ridiculous. Yeah I was thinking the same. Deus Ex Machina multiplied by three. Once was shitty enough but they think us so fucking stupid that they repeated it. This show has become garbage. The "Sunk Cost Fallacy" is telling me I should stop. Most worrying is that Gabriel is likely captured now so next week will have loads of overacting from Jeffrey Dean Morgan. I expect a full episode of nothing but bending his back and acting all scary. Only thing that gives me hope is "Rush" from 2013 made by him. Myself I always suspected that him and some of his team mates had a bet on. Jones was a thug. Wanted to be taken seriously as a proper footballer yet went around doing crap like that. Oh and he ended Gary Stevens career too. The missing element from the film is fun. It's all so dark, dreary, low key, dull and just plain boring. There's absolutely no comic relief as well. I wonder were all the action scenes at night for the usual reason of not wanting to make the CGI look terrible? Where's all the colour? I have to say I enjoyed Kong Skull Island much more. I re-watched this afterwards and it's too concerned with being arty in my opinion. This. Like that scene in Team America: World Police: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xVk9nqmQGc It's about trust. I felt the same. Isn't Keegan Michael Key a comedian? We're supposed to take him seriously as a hard core military guy? The same with Boyd Holbrook...needs to hit the gym. They replaced Schwarzenegger, Jesse Ventura, Sonny Landham, Bill Duke and Carl Weathers with these wimps? The photo makes it look like they're making a sit com...
