His father was not supposed to have any money in it. He was only supposed to use funds from the trust. Ira was right tho, going to be a long time before he recovers anything. As shitty as it was, the writers used it to illustrate how fixated Chuck is on Axe. It probably has a lot to do with the relationship between Axe and Wendy. It's driven him somewhat mad.
You don't have to have one by law.
In theory, blind trusts are a sweet deal. The perfect blend of legislative aloofness and financial savvy, the construct has been routing potential conflicts of interest for America’s wealthy political elite since Lyndon B. Johnson. Almost every serious presidential candidate from Barack Obama to George Bush to Bill Clinton has had at least one blind trust at one point. When he became governor of Massachusetts in 2003, Romney set up two of them, for himself and his wife.
The advantages are clear: by giving up the right to personally manage their money, public officials can deflect any allegations of insider trading or crooked investments. It also allows a trustee to invest aggressively without facing lengthy disclosure procedures or risking political blowback.
But despite the perks and the recent press, only a few federal lawmakers actually have a blind trust. According to the Senate ethics committee, just 7 out of 100 U.S. Senators have gone through the approval process to set one up. In the House of Representatives, the percentage is even smaller. As of 2010, only 12 of the 435 members of the House had an official blind trust, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. And those numbers haven’t changed much in the past decade.
The above is from a Fortune atricle. Uncommon but does exactly what the above poster replied.
People will bitch about anything. Wars were fought and people died on every square inch of this earth.
Ya I was speaking prior to the friend showing back up. When they showed him touching the gun right on the trigger I figured there was going to be a sour ending. Not that I would have minded that ending.
REally good episode. Pretty cool that the real Janice (was that her name) was the mom. And that part was awesome.
Same here. Told my wife "she's never shown her hand like that at tribal". JT should have known and played his idol...but he didn't even bring it. Dumb, dumb, dumb. But I know we see everything and he only sees a tiny sliver. After he was basically called out due to the previous TC, he should have known better.
Ya I liked last night's episode. Well done. Solomon can't die...he doesn't even need a bullet proof jacket. I liked how Tom said that too him..."you just can't die".
What were her other options?
Thought Chris would get pinned for the murders of the entire family...especially after he was the last to touch the gun right around the trigger. Thought that would have been an awesome ending.
When Chris let go of Rose's neck I was ready to see the mom stumbling out and clanking a different cup.
Well if that's all it takes, I guess I am one too. Who knew?
Yep...guy seemed a lot bigger than the brother.
Chris' fingerprints are on the rifle too. He was actually the last person to touch it when he moved it away from Rose. Even before that scene I told my wife "he's going to jail for all these murders...black guy in white community and all the whites are dead. When he touched the gun I thought "no doubt...he's getting pegged".
Except Matias. I think he might be an escaped host from Westworld.
I went and looked to see if I made any valuable contributions to delete. I found none. Deleted account tho. No need to have an account there that was only created for the message boards.
I'm in. I like Mr. Invincible and how awesomely cool he is.

I'm assuming you are the Neo of this board or someone with some stroke. Anyway, I hope this board populates. Seems to be the cleanest, easiest to navigate that I've seen out there.
Good luck.
I don't need an apology. I just need the boards back up....or this one to populate. It's the cleanest one I've seen out there.
Even if she had already left the shack, she hasn't had time to put together such a team required to pull off some of the acts. She'd need a team of people willing to turn on Red.
He's a loser in his own eyes...not other people.
