I enjoyed this, particularly seasons 1-5. However, it might just be that this is not for you. Yes, been watching it. It's OK at best. I find it to family centred. To much family drama. Not enough Texas Rangering. Even when they are on a case, some family drama is tied to the case. For me, The Running Man hasn't quite stood the test of time. However, it is a long way from being a bad movie. It can still be an entertaining watch if taken for what it is; a couple of hours entertainment. Pretty much anything by Jim Steinman. Love the episode of The Simpsons, where he played the brother of Sideshow Bob (played by Kelsey Grammer). Bart (sneaking up behind Cecil Terwilliger and covering his eyes): Guess who! Cecil Terwilliger: Maris? So chilling in The Perfect Host. The 'A Valentine For Niles' segment in 'The Three Valentines' episode of Frasier was just sublime. A master class in silent comedy.
Listened to this driving home from work (in the dark) a couple of weeks back. I was totally creeped out by the time I got home. Won't mistake that mistake again. Kyle Rittenhouse travelled across state lines with the expressed intention of shooting black people. Time to stop making excuses, Although there are several differences from the story in the novel, this is one of my favourite Stephen King adaptations. I watch this at least once a year. One of the scariest TV movies ever made. Kyle Rittenhouse, the racist dumb fuck's racist dumb fuck. Although the movie did not strictly adhered to this, in the novel the team from the future only intervened in incidents involving 100% fatalities. They were not abducted to become slaves. In Louise's time the Earth is barely habitable and the human race is on the verge of extinction. The plan was to to retrieve victims of fatal accidents, replacing them with duplicates. The plan was to reverse the time gate and send them far into the future to repopulate the planet after it had time to repair the environmental damage. I would recommend the novel, by John Varley. You're definitely a cock. P.s. that's not a compliment. While the symbolism is obvious, it is a bland poster. I much prefer the original UK poster. Much more atmospheric. https://www.google.com/search?
q=the+thing+1982+movie+poster&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwi9mMfAy4P1AhXI_IUKHbhmDgMQ2-cCegQIABAA&oq=the+thing+1982&gs_lcp=CgNpbWcQARgAMgcIIxDvAxAnMgcIIxDvAxAnMgUIABCABDIFCAAQgAQyBQgAEIAEMgUIABCABDIFCAAQgAQyBQgAEIAEMgUIABCABDIFCAAQgAQ6BggAEAcQHjoGCAAQCBAeOgQIABBDOgoIIxDvAxAnEIsDOgoIABCxAxCDARBDOgcIABCxAxBDOggIABCABBCxA1D1DFi7SGC9XmgAcAB4AIABlQGIAcYNkgEEMC4xNZgBAKABAaoBC2d3cy13aXotaW1nuAECwAEB&sclient=img&ei=B33JYf34Nsj5lwS4zbkY&bih=818&biw=1323&rlz=1C1CHZL_enGB849GB849#imgrc=qYYULK0whd-URM
No, he's the current Nicholas Cage. You know what you're getting with a Jason Statham movie. Put your brain in neutral and enjoy the mayhem. IMHO, he is one of the best in the business at doing that. You are way over thinking this. It is a fictional movie, not a documentary. You must be fun at parties So, you're not interested on plot and character development. Saw it on its initial cinema release. Saw in the Allan Park Cinema in Stirling. I would have been about 15.
