this one? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1183374/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1 i could not decide. all three are timeless classics. not directly puzzles, but closely related and a fantastic film: 13 - game of death (original). fermat's room and exam are absolutely excellent. too bad they are so little known. best Australian film ever: you cant stop the murders the poughkeepsie tapes frequently asked questions about time travel "confessions", everything by park chan wook and sion sono. also everything that has takeshi (beat) kitano in it. wow, i thought i'd be alone in this, but i hated lucy and the kingsman with a passion. sounds good. will check it out. actually it's from 1979 and is called "the dude, the old fart and the awkward tat". as far as i recall there was also a sequel in the making, but it never got finished. the latter drives me nuts. y'all should check out "behind the mask - the rise of leslie vernon". rather unknown horror-mockumentary, that deals with all of that, but 100x better than "scream". also "student bodies" is pretty awesome. also better than scream, but at least 10 years earlier. every computer related nonsense: - operating systems that are purely gfx and make no sense logically, while the person operating them is typing something into a keyboard - taking over whatever system with some kind of wonder USB stick that will hack everything in seconds, no matter what system it gets plugged into - fake "1337 741k" (leet talk) that is not based in reality whatsoever ...etc rules of attraction: - those movies where the protagonist goes for the "not so attractive bimbo", while the "smart friend chick" is like a thousand times hotter, plus has a good personality build up that can not deliver: - films where they stuff so much mystery nonsense into the first act or even the first two acts, that you just know they can not explain properly or end satisfyingly at the end. i completely agree on: the mist cabin in the woods ring (US) and most of all: the poughkeepsie tapes. i am kinda surprised it is even mentioned, since barely anybody has ever heard of the film. how articulate. "You new democrat minions" oh, a non-adult. "but you started this whole ball rolling by turning your backs on the people you were supposed to be representing." and that turns people into racists? elaborate. "Who do you think will take the biggest hit when things turn south?" don't know. you? i mean you got at least 20 hits today. "The bottom 50% with no wealth, property or power, or you who has everything to lose?" who vote against their interests. "Now you want real leftists" oh, a non-adult. "to help you defeat someone by electing one of the very people who put us in this position?" define "defeat" "How do you like feeling unsafe and unsure what's going to happen tomorrow or the next day or the next day as those with the power to help you side with your enemy?" maybe you want to try shorter sentences, so that at the end you still remember what you were talking about at the beginning. also, what about the day after yesterday, but before tomorrow and waaaaay before the day after tomorrow? "You thought right wing economics was a great idea, huh?" what is "right wing economics"? and as for this mess of words in general: what point are you trying to make? it's a lie. there are enough money related reason to shut it down. just pick one. it would have been easy to control the board, if they wanted. IP bans alone would have been measure enough. i think at a certain point they started downloading the raw data from the imdb forum with some kind of sitesucker software or manually. since the imbd site was hand programmed, the raw database has to be made fit for this site, but i think they are done by now. my guess would be that the forum got shut down, before they could archive everything and what hasn't been put online yet, can be considered lost forever unless imdb still has it (which is unlikely) and decides to put the forum back up. yeah, i like this one as well. just give it time, they are still programming it. just a couple of days ago you were only able to answer to the OP of a thread, not to individual answers, which they implemented quite quick. i think technically, this one will end up superior. nevertheless the other site seems much more popular, which is a bummer, because i think TMDB is an absolute and horrific disaster. The database part is completely worthless and that 30 bucks template that they are using is absolutely horrible. bad design, bad reply system, relatively slow and the navigation is the worst. both efforts combined could actually replace the imdb (except for the pro part) if done right. not so fast, my man. ^^ first i thought you were kidding, but there actually seems to be some truth to that. to be quite frank i am starting to get a bit pissed at DC. they really don't get it. watchmen was a concluded entity on it's own, which apart from many other aspects satirizes their kind of hero-universes. the solo books were redundant, just as the video game and now putting watchmen characters into the regular DCU is just wrong.
