I'm not sure about Dwight betraying them. I thought he was the one who wrote "Didn't Know" on the soldier statue. I hate Dwight though so I wouldn't be surprised if he did betray them.
I couldn't agree more about Carl! He immediately seized on the opportunity and started the gun fight, taking out at least four of the Garbage People!! Go, Carl!!
I also loved Rick telling Negan that he will kill him! That was another great moment!
Well, Sasha died. She's a main character.
I loved everything about the finale! It was a great episode, and I esp loved seeing Shiva come out of nowhere and eat that Savior's face!! That was the best!! Oh, and Carl immediately springing into action when ZombieSasha rolled out of the coffin . . . . was AWESOME!! Carl is a little badass! Love him.
Or Eugene! He's a traitor as far as I'm concerned. I believe Sasha and Rosita told him they were banding together to fight Negan. I could see him snitching on them!

Yeah . . . after everything he's been through and how Norma and Norman treated him, I definitely want him to make it out alive!
I love Richonne! I think the actors have great chemistry w/each other, and I loved seeing more of their relationship last night. I didn't see any chemistry btw Jessie and Rick. In fact, to this day, I have no idea why Rick was romantically interested in her. They barely spoke, but he was willing to go all "Shane" to have her. It didn't make sense to me.
Now, with Rick and Michonne, the writers have been building up their relationship since the prison. The fit and work well together. Love them.

Exactly! He sacrificed the poor doctor just like he did w/his friend in an earlier episode. Ugh . . . . I hate Dwight. He's a loser. There's no way I would ever go back to Negan's world. The guy cannot be trusted and is completely volatile! Sherry escapes and what does he do . . . . get his guys to beat up Dwight and throw him back in a cell?!?!?!?!
I'd rather take my chances on the road than return to that hell hole! He has a motorcycle and could probably make it pretty far before anyone went looking for him. Is Negan really going to spend time and resources searching the East coast for Dwight?
Agreed! My interest waned after sensing they only brought the Alpha Vamp back to kill him!! Stupid move if you ask me!
I hate Negan too, but I'm not unhappy w/the season. I enjoy this show and find it every entertaining. I'm looking forward to Negan's downfall!
That said, I do think the people around him would have tried to kill him by now. He is far too unpredictable and crazy. Anything sets him off. I do find it unbelievable that none of his own ppl have tried to kill him yet.
Agreed! Dwight is a piece of walking crap. He is also a coward. I don't want to see him become a regular cast member. He needs to die as fast as possible. What he did to that doctor and his friend in an earlier episode was awful. Like Sherry said, she couldn't even trust that she would hand her back to Negan. He's so pathetic. He has a motorcycle and could literally drive away from the insanity that is Negan's World but he continues to kill for Negan and return to be his puppet!
How was the doctor a jerk? I hate Dwight and can only hope he dies sometime soon! He is awful!

I don't think you're being negative. It sucks when you're not enjoying a show you usually like.
I can't say this has been one of my favorite seasons b/c I cannot stand Nega, but I haven't hated any episode yet. They have all been interesting to me. What I've found frustrating is everyone being under Negan's thumb, but now that Rick is fighting back, I've been happier. I hate Negan and can't wait to see him taken down! They set up a world where Negan rules, and now, they're setting up a world where the Saviors are no more! I'm looking forward to the rest of the season.

I hear you, but I think that ending would have been too depressing. This family had already gotten away w/murdering several black men and one black woman. As a black woman, I wouldn't have rated the film so highly if Chris had been taken too. It would have really bothered me to think of that evil family still out there, abducting and killing innocent people. No, I needed to see them die. Plus, I really liked Chris. I felt for him and wanted him to get out of that crazy situation.
There have definitely been movies where I wouldn't have minded a more bleak ending, but this was not one of them. For me, the ending was perfect!
I agree w/Lakeith! Armond just wanted to be contrary and ruin the movie's perfect score. His critique wasn't even well-written.
You know . . . I don't mind films where the protagonist doesn't survive, but I would have HATED this movie if Chris hadn't survived. That family was awful, and they all needed to be dead so I was very pleased w/the ending! My audience clapped at every death!
Really? I absolutely LOVED the last 20 minutes, and I'm far from a teen! What didn't you like about it?
