Collette is a fabulous actor but I had enough of her carrying on in this flick
Yep
but after second 10 minutes long monologue where I see nothing but her face, my tolerance for her and her character has dropped significantly
Indeed! And how about the state of the son during that entire diatribe???!
You mean Joan?
I really liked “ It Comes at Night “.
This movie had a good beginning but became ridiculous, not knowing in which direction to go. It also went on too long.
The son was a freakin cry baby.
Toni Collett is very good but in the second hour she was overacting.
I find them adorable. They behave just as “ real kids” do. Not precocious, “too big for their britches “ kids most shows have these days.
It’s refreshing to see this.
Yet, his use of turning prayer into an empty gesture, what should be personal and therefore relatable, rings his motive for doing so hollow.
I must disagree. David is trying to keep his demons away, and real demons.
He must keep vigilant with daily prayers.
Oh so agree- she is superb! Hebers is what drew me in.
The rest of the cast is great, too.
Who is Hinks?
I really have to disagree. Kristen did tell her mother about Leland, but her mother became enthralled by the demon of “Leland”.
I guess this show resembles X Files, but it’s just a version. But it’s an entertaining show, though.
No , I don’t think he will wind up
Being a protagonist. He’s a demon.
I do agree it’s wonderful to see a non-CGI monster.
I find it to be delightful! They are so cute , anc really add to the story.
👏
Yes , way too long. I hope you mean the original “ Wicker Man” . That was amazing .
When the mother opens the door , she probably sees the daughter naked and bloody.
Great review. I agree with it all.
It’s like he was throwing anything and everything into the plot. Hated it
Yes , absolutely. Pele choose them all for sacrifice
You are so right
