Nods to "Treasure Of The Sierra Madre"

I am just watching this movie for the second time and
I noticed that David does the dance that Walter Huston
did when they found gold.

Then later when they run into the bandits they repeat
the line - we don't need no badges.

Anyone notice any other nods to TOTSM?

TOTSM is one of my favorite movies, I've seen it many times. Not lately though, probably about time to search for it online. So many really great old movies, and so many of them are so much better than movies today.

Effin love TOTSM! Didn't realize the dance reference. I was mostly just annoyed with David making so much noise and thought he was going to step on a mine. I though someone was going to step on a mine like 50 times in this movie before Paul's accident. Also, how did David get away from that blast unscathed?
