Another disappointing horror movie. I'll try to find one interesting angle about it: when the mom goes to find the old owner, the mother of the girl who drowned - how she was accepting of her sacrifice in order that her son became a success. That tough bargain is the interesting point of the movie, and it is at the heart of what the dad character is going through. How much would he give to get his glory days back. Too bad the execution of the idea seemed like all the other unforgettable and 'mid' horror movies we get lately.

I wouldn’t even call these trash movies “horror” movies. There is no horror here to be found.

Yeah, this is one of the worst horror films I have seen in years.

It’s not that bad. There are a lot of holes, the concept itself is a little silly, and there aren’t any scares. But for a C-level film, it passes the time adequately enough. I also found the exchange with the Asian lady to be the most interesting part
