B. Cumberbatch

I haven’t seen this one yet, but having seen Cumberbatch play Dr. Strange in a few of the other films...he just nails that role.

He has great screen presence, just the right amount of gravitas and humor. And comes across very cool.

I’m not sure how the character is written in the comics....but it would be easy for directors to fall into the same trope of depicting someone like that as either overly serious, or overly geeky/nerdy.

With Cumberbatch, he walks the line between the two, and often times is the coolest guy in the room.

I wasn’t sure if him being used sparingly in many of the previous movies helped retain his mystique (less is more)....but he is seemingly proving he can carry a movie, especially with the right co-stars to play off of.

He nails the American accent as well.
