POC have been portrayed as criminals since I can remember. Even more asinine when you consider you mentioning a 30/70 population. So I really don't care.

Actually black people are slightly over 10% of US population.

Blacks commit more than half of violent crimes in the U.S., while being only thirteen percent of the population. Whether or not they can afford lawyers, they commit more crimes, which is why they are in prison.
