Frustrating and annoying to watch
It was very interesting for about 5 episodes. After that, I just wanted it to end. Went on for too long, danced around by adding more questions without giving answers, confusing as fuck, and it finished on that note. A show shouldn't end with you having a multitude of questions. I assume they're aiming for a 2nd season. I seriously doubt there will be one.
The show would've been better as a time-period piece actually set in 1899. The stories surrounding the people on the boat and why they're all there was very interesting. Easily the best part of the show and well-written. The rest of this hocus-pocus crap about a simulation dropped the show down the drain. If you go all Matrix, you can lower your standards when it comes to writing, because anything goes whether it makes sense, or not.
If Netflix is good for one thing, it's putting out slow and boring Limited Series. Series that could've been told in the length of a movie instead of it dragging out for about 6 to 8 episodes.
So much for using my time wisely.
