Any LGBTQ stuff in it?

Other than some having effeminate looks. I have a friend who believes in the magical fairy but also wants to see this movie that read an article denoting there are queer characters in the show. Is there anything from homo kissing or any other sort in this? I'm trying to convince him to still see it.

You want a good movie for a gay guy, watch the Iron Claw.

reply

No, I am wondering if there any LGBTQ stuff in it because if there are, my friend doesn't want to see it because it goes against his magical fairy faith.

The movie starts out with the Gladiator who's a fairy with pink fairy wings, fluttering around in a sea of other naked Gladiators in a one big orgy. That's the opening scene. Then he sings "Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend" While wearing a dress.

That's before the opening credits. I personally liked it, I thought it added a different touch to the typical 'Sword-and-sandal' genre.

Denzel’s character might lean a certain way, but it’s nothing that detracts from the film, and in my opinion it works well, I mean we’re talking about the Roman Empire, and it’s no secret that some men of power, maybe more than some, went full Diddy during this time period.

Thanks. He doesn't do any kissing with men, does he? As long as that isn't present it should be okay, I think. I heard they supposedly cut out a scene with him lip smacking a dude.

reply

Just on the cheeks maybe a few times I think, as they do in that part of the world in greeting and so forth.

romans were gay as fuck and if it was 20 years ago, i'd say, depict it honestly. however, in this climate, it just reeks of an excuse for woke fucks to shoehorn gay shit in a movie. so no, today i would say dont show any gay shit in a movie. that's annoying.
