What would you say is WandaVision's DC equivalent?

Is it Red Tornado and Zatanna:

Red Tornado from a visual perspective, reminds you of Vision, not to mention he’s an android programed for the intent to destroy superheroes. Tornado was programmed to kill the entire JLA, while Vision was created by Ultron to take down the Avengers. Both also have computerized brains, beyond enhanced strength, etc.

The most common comparison between the two is that both women have elemental control (generate and influence fire/water/rock/earth), alter reality, telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation etc. Although Wanda can practically do all of this with hand motions, while Zatanna has to do via talking backwards sometimes.
