Why did the thugs lay seige to the house?

FACT: They are worse than the zombies. Prove me wrong.

Yeah they had a weird hard on for that house. Don't even remember why to be honest.

Location, location, location

Filler. I get the feeling no one bothered to write a script until the morning they started shooting, so it's just a bunch of random stuff shown out of order to make it feel artsy.

At least for now, I really don’t understand the importance (and dire risk of life) for going after the house. I’m weirdly liking the show, but a lot of it doesn’t make any practical sense.

I mean, people want to get to the house, but is it really worth dying for? Find another place, and look for other resources? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Bad script writer. Everything was good about show except script. Location, directing, actors, pace - superb. But characters didnt know what to do so everyone were just running around with no purpose and plan. Until the moment they died.

At first it was house and everyone pretended like its Super Important House. Then they all got obsessed with Plane. Then didnt know what to do when they got to small airport. So they started killing each other for no real reason. At that point it was just comical. Mother and daughter should have stay at that hotel resort. It was safe. They could live there for few years actually.

I think these guys are basically just predators who have decided they aren't interested in cooperation and are strong enough to just take what they want. This is probably their MO everywhere.

And who knows, as awful as it seems to be both in concept and execution, it could be something reasonable based on experience.

Everyone is out of their minds, often armed, and willing to shoot at anything that threatens their safety or resources. Even the woman and her daughter strong-arm some people earlier in the season (I think its the sane episode with the first real contact with the thug group) in a store.

Even if you were out looking for allies, who's gonna trust you if you show up with a bunch of guys with rifles and tac gear? You might just be used to a strategy of shoot first, ask questions later.

I was trying to figure out, "Is this a all-out war, with everyone shooting each other, over this house?" It didn't make any sense to me.
