What happened?

*spoilers so ...*

She what, becomes his daughter, and he knows it, but then she is seen coming out of zone 414 somehow? What? I mean, ... I don't get it. Or was it a jumbled timeline at the end? god.. first new movie (I thought travis and guy would have made it worthy, but travis looked like a puppet and guy looked like wotsisname from all the pommie action movies) would have a good ending.

I enjoyed the farce, but why fuck it up with that ending. meh, do zombies dream of digital movies that work..

The synthetic with Travis his character was just a normal version from her. The real Jane went outside with the memento guy.

I guess that makes sense... So the synthetic that was being stalked etc, was his AI version of his daughter, because his daughter was distant from him and preferred to be with the other synths...

still, confusing af if you watch is after a few bevvies...

1) Fat Ragnar made a synth daughter Melissa to cover up her murder and consequent murder of his brother.
2) Fat Ragner let Memento guy take Jane out of the zone with him.

Nowhere in the movie or even at the end, there's any indication that android Melissa was based on Jane.
You're just making it up.
Fat Ragnar can program them however he goddamn pleases, he just made fake Melissa more obedient.

There was no fuck-up at the end. The girl that is Marlon's daughter (the new robot Melissa who's hair he is adjusting) is not the same girl who walks out with David. It's Jane is who walks out with David, tho I don't get why.

Jane leaves the Zone with David. Marlon creates an android version of Melissa to either cover up her murder or feed his own obsessions, probably both.
