Non-linear + ambiguous ending = A waste of time.

You can't have both of these elements in a movie and think it's gonna be something that holds interest. After a while, the back-and-forth story-telling just gets old. I just wanted it to end, and of course it ended on a bad note. Which I expected to happen.

What a waste of time.

I agree. This film is a jumbled mess of ambiguity, which I'm sure the film makers hoped would impress critics as having a depth of meaning that just isn't there. And some critics like to try to dazzle their readers with their ability to make sense of nonsense. But when all is said and done, both the film makers and the critics fall flat. I'm glad I saw this on Netflix and didn't have to pay for it.

I think it was about drugs.

There is absolutely no reason why a movie can't be both artistically significant and easily comprehensible. Making a film confusing and ambiguous on purpose is just sloppy and pretentious.

I thought it was fairly straight forward.

The protagonist is insane and we are inside her head. The memories and hallucinations are all jumbled together.
