I agree it was pretty emotional...I didn't cry but I was brought almost to the point. It was a very well done scene.

She really sold that scene...as well as the shock/joy on her face in the scene where her mom walks in to the restaurant....

Totally agree. I don't think I've ever been that emotionally brought that close to tears in a horror comedy movie. I was a bit surprised to find myself feeling that way for those two scenes with her seeing her mom for the first time and the final farewell. I think Jessica Rothe (Tree) is actually a pretty good actress. I thought she nailed it in the first one too with her acting.

it was a good scene, but they milked it too long.
