Is This The New Steven Universe?

I have been told by numerous Steven Universe fans that this is the show to watch now that Steven Universe is over. Is this true? Is The Owl House worthy?

All I can say is my kids tried to watch it because the creator of it had some connection to Gravity Falls which they liked... but they managed to watch maybe 1 and a half episode of this one before they decided it was crap and not worth their time.

I did see a lot of people liken this show to Gravity Falls, but the only similarity seems to be a shared voice actor between the two projects.

It's far from Gravity Falls, I could sit down and watch that with my kids... no way in hell I could sit through an Owl House.

The rating plummets for older voters.

Dana Terrace is the creator-writer for this. Her only work on gravity falls is storyboards. Directed some DuckTales.
