after season 3?

I wondered this too.

It actually didn't occur to me until a few episodes in that he was missing. I was so taken with the Mickleberry story it kinda passed me by and that was allowing for all the (obvious looking back on it) "we'll just call you Andy" type jokes in the first episode.

they kind of tricked the audience in first episode of season with the costumed character in the opening credits
