Thursday (1998) meets 11:14 (2003).

Do you think that style wise, plot wise and theme wise, this description (have you folks seen BOTH of those films by the way, as well as this one - Burn (2019)?) is reasonably accurate?

I've also heard, as are MOST of these types of movies, people bring up Quentin Tarantino comparisons and the one location for this movie's storyline even brought up films like "Clerks" (1994) among others (and I suppose the gas station setting can even bring to mind the South Korean late 90s very good "Attack the Gas Station" (1999) among others.)

But Thursday (1998) by Skip Woods with Thomas Jane and "11:14" (2003) by Greg Marcks with the likes of Hillary Swank and the late (may he rest in peace, and I mostly associated him with films like "Ghost" (1990) and "Donnie Darko" (2001) and a few others) Patrick Swayze, accurate description for "Burn" (2019) and if not 100% so, did the movie bring those two films to mind at least?

P.S. No big deal and NO offense to anyone whatsoever (but that's alright, most people including my FAMILY members know I have become in a way SENSITIVE towards such subject beyond agreeing with all aspects of its legal principles and moral de-facto definitions as well as dictionary, or TEXT BOOK if you like, ones as such) but...

I actually when looking up this title and making a thread was very CAUTIOUS of scrolling down that "the subject" will be heavily discussed, and again, not that I am in principle like that against it, but just don't feel like being up to it. Hence I started a thread about this movie on this site's General board and made a few threads here and clicking "Start New Topic" in a limited way etc. Besides, subject matter or no subject matter, please also remember, it is indeed the FILM we are discussing here overall.
