shareSure bleak elements but always with an incredibly joyful and warm payoff. The payoff in this version, while not without merit, feels so much less satisfying, less joyful, and lukewarm at best (and that's being generous). I'll also say that considering this is almost 3 hours long, the final payoff feels completely rushed and incomplete.
