I am horrified this will be bad. This isn’t just some generic IP like a marvel or DC people can regurgitate, it’s extremely important and depthful to a lot of people.
Applying modern 2022 tropes or Game of Thrones type twists and lusts will be the stupidest thing in the history of the entertainment medium
Who cares? I walked out after ten minutes of the Hobbit but still adore the three ring movies. Just skip the crap. Same with Star Wars. I gave up but caught a bit on YT of the old trilogy and it's still good!
shareThey spent over $450M on season one so I don't think it can be that bad. Even bad Middle Earth is better than most of the crap on the television. I like most high fantasy so I'll dig it.
shareDon't worry. Just drop when it sucks. I walked out of the first Hobbit movie after 10 minutes and haven't looked back at them. But I love the Lord of the Rings by Jackson. Same with the Star Wars trilogy. The prequels are not very good and the sequels I just ignore. But I still love 456. I also like Rogue One.
