was it really cancelled because of covid or was it the ratings?

it's kinda weird to permanently cancel the show because of covid. if the show was doing well wouldn't they just pick it back up post-vaccination? seems like they just decided not to bother and end it there all awkwardly. odd, its one of Netflix's best shows IMO

I think it was ratings. The trouble is, streaming services always keep their statistics hidden from the general public (Unlike the Nielsen Ratings website), so there's no way to know for sure how bad or good things are for a streaming tv show, other than public opinion, or lack thereof.
