What did the red lights and beeping sounds signify?

That every apartment complex was the same, and they were all just alerted that she escaped.

Surprisingly good. And it doesn't spend half of it getting to the good stuff.
I wanted to hate it, and expected to turn it off after 30 minutes but it was good out of the gate and even got better.
