Bite on the arm

At the end its shown that Thomas had a bite on his arm, presumably from Caseys dog that bitten him when he was killed.
However they looked more like human teeth marks even though was from his dog.

It's from the dog. If you paid attention to the dialogue earlier on by the vet, you would know this. Sadly, you can't pay attention to dialogue.

Was remarking more about the shape of the bite marks rather then what had caused it, you should pay more attention to reading the actual statement.

Maybe Casey's dog was artificially implanted with human teeth in order to appear less threatening and more familiar.

To be fair i did think the bite mark looked oddly human & not to mention too large to have come from such a small dog with an even smaller head.

Well there were canine puncture marks but yeah it definitely looked more human than dachshund

I also was in the impression it looks human and not like the mark of a dog. But after some research and stopping at the scene, I would say, it looks quite ok and realistic. Good enough for the short scene definitely.
