is it possible some people didn't renounce their wish ?
maybe a new super villain or two out there ? or just someone who asked for a new bike and kept it.

sharesmart!
shareThere is no way in hell every last single person renounced their wish. Guaranteed there are thousands upon thousands of opportunistic selfish scumbags who would sooner see the world burn than give back something they wished for a actually received.
shareMost probably some of them didn't renounce their wish but most probably their wish didn't effect the world that much like ... say ... 10.000 nukes.
Well, i think that the main thing was that Max renounced his wish in the end.
Yeah, I think Max renouncing his own wish kind of undid everything even if other people were renouncing theirs as well. Minerva seemed bummed she wasn’t a cat person anymore so it’s unlikely she renounced her wish.
shareMinerva's wish wouldn't have been undone by Max renouncing his wish. She got her wish from the stone, not from Max.
shareThe cat-person look was Max's doing. She might have reverted back to just being super strong, though.
shareMinerva renounced her wish (she said she didnt wish to be like someone else anymore) and then made another wish ( to become a cat) during the flight in the plane.
shareWe see an islamic terrirsit wishing for a nuke and we never see him renounce it.
Hmmm....
No way. The people listen to WW and every last person renounced their wish. I have a lot of hope for all mankind
shareIn the real world, under those most people would refuse to renounce their wish.
The recent pandemic showed us exactly how many people absolutely refuse to do even tiny simple little things for the common good, and that was simple little things that cost them nothing. Give them their heart's desire, and they'd shoot their favorite child between the eyes before they'll give it up, and watch civilization crumble without a qualm.
