a bit disjointed, but worth a watch.

It seemed like the makers didn't know which way to go. I felt that they took a somewhat neutral approach to the situation. They showed some of the good and the bad from both sides. This lead to a blah film. There could have been more tension.

It's a great movie, its pace is a little weird, not bad, just different from 99% of the movies. Penélope Cruz is superb.

They should had made this similar to 'Breach' which does show things from Robert Hanssen's POV but doesn't make him sympathetic necessarily.
