Stan taking the glass out of his feet, other than being impossible for the glass to lodge so deep inside its kinda distubing

Agreed. It took him forever to rummage around in his foot and get the glass out.
I think the intention was for it to be disturbing since it was his payback for his rape / "penetration" of the girl.
All of the deaths were symbolic. Like the guy who turned a blind eye to the rape getting his eyes stabbed out.

shareIt was a bit disturbing upon first watch. Someone I know had an accident with her leg and there was a similar opening, and inside you could see the little white balls of fat just like we could see inside his 'foot'. It brought back those memories for me.
