After seeing this film - I've decided to check out who the director of the film was and yep, he is black.
Otherwise, yeah - this film has all of the sjw characteristics. Evil white man, innocent black folks, and yep, the black chick did more of ass-kicking than the black dude.
Uh they made that movie already!lakeview terrace with samuel l jackson! only the guy was white tho not his wife!still a good movie regardless!

He was a "senior citizen" who wore a vest, gave up smoking 30 years ago, drove a rambler, made a "flat screen" TV joke or reminded the 2 women of their grandfathers.
Pretty redundant, mediocre stuff.
Correct Charlie didn't terrorize the couple because they were black.
He did it because theses city folks were not up keeping his property.
Based on his underground bunker, though, I think he still would have been terrorizing them even if they were meticulously maintaining the property lol
