I turned it off right away after realising it's a sign language movie. I don't like subtitles.

Unfortunately I have met people who thought like this. Around the time it came out, I was talking to two vapid college-aged girls who called it the "worst movie ever" because there was no talking. They kept acting as if that alone was grounds for "worst movie ever" status. "....um, like, hello??? No talking!? Um, like, what???"

not really, it was super quiet and I tooted a little bit, no one knew it was me but it was still funny in a completely silent theater

You should try Silent Movie with Mel Brooks. Might change your mind. That is worth watching.

I thought the same thing. My daughter’s have been telling me since this came out to watch it. I gave in today and absolutely loved the movie. I watched part two also. I part three comes out in less than a week and I hope to go see it
