Sawyer Was Tough But Not Superhuman

Appreciated that the filmmakers didn’t try to give Sawyer superhuman survival skills. She was a tough cookie but without Lowell’s help she would’ve certainly died of exposure. Hermione Corfield turned in an excellent, gritty performance and her Kentucky accent was perfect, never would’ve guessed she’s British.

Jay Paulson (Lowell) and Sean O’Bryan (Sheriff O’Doyle) were perfect for their characters. Paulson grew up in LA, but his accent and mannerisms were spot-on for a country boy. An underrated gem that deserves a bigger audience.

Food in Films: Sawyer was suspicious of that bologna sandwich at first, but then she tore into that thing like she really hadn’t eaten in days.
