No Dracula
No recognizable monsters
No recognizable locations
No music
No accurate versions of characters
None of Dracula's entourage
No depiction of in-game events or set pieces
No attempt to portray Christianity or God in any positive light

So I ask you...
Why the fuck is this called CastleVania? Why am I watching a history lesson about Black slavery, and watching two dudes fuck...whilst a teen girl lectures me about 'patriarchy'?

Sounds like it sucks and like it has nothing to do with Castlevania. Glad now that I bailed after only an episode and a half.

Castlevania is my favorite game series and I was so stoked when this was announced. Then I watched it and I was like, wtf is this?? Dracula has "generals???" I stopped watching after a few episodes.

What blew me away was how so many in the castlevania fan community just totally ate it up. I didn't get it because the tone and atmosphere felt nothing like the game.

Another poorly done video game adaptation.
