Do these machines age or Cyberdyne makes this model look old on purpose?

Bah.
My best guess is: living tissue on metallic body. If it's living, it will age.
So, it's not so much made to get old, it just does.
I'm not sure about the beer belly and muscle tone, but let's pretend that it follows the same logic as what I have just explained.

That's undoubtedly the answer: living tissue ages.

If anything, it would be weird if they DIDN'T age.

I don't buy Terminators aging. Flesh doesn't naturally just get old. There's all kinds of glands and organs and things in the brain that regulate that bio-chemistry and there's just no room in the Terminator build for such stuff.
